Had a very poor sales experience purchasing a used Acura. The whole process took ~6 hours with a 10 minute test drive. Had a new sales associate who was not being assisted whatsoever causing the delay. Th The whole process took ~6 hours with a 10 minute test drive. The newly purchased car's paint was chipped while the car was still in their possession. I was given a loaner car for a few days. The repair took 2 additional days than quoted, which I found out because I called John. John was unapologetic throughout the entire experience. All around a poor transaction with the negative experience centered around John. More
