Excellent car buying experience with Audrey at Ed Martin. After 3 weeks of searching online and at other dealerships I found myself back at Ed Martin Acura (I have bought my last two cars there but they didn' After 3 weeks of searching online and at other dealerships I found myself back at Ed Martin Acura (I have bought my last two cars there but they didn't have what I was looking for in my price range at that point). After multiple emails with Audrey about possible options I finally just stopped in to look at one of her cars. I decided it wasn't for me, but as I was leaving I asked if she had any other vehicles in my price range and luckily one had just been traded and wasn't even ready for the lot yet. She took the time to drive me back to take a look at it and the rest was history. Audrey is the absolute best in customer service and product knowledge and Ed Martin Acura is miles ahead of any other dealership out there in how they prep their trade-ins for resale. On a side note, we bring our other two Acuras to Ed Martin for service and the service department is top notch as well. I will be coming to Ed Martin for a long time. More

Planned Buying a 2019 MDX SUV But instead bought a 2020 RDX We went to Ed Martin Acura to test drive Used MDX and RDXs . We worked with Bryan Wehlage. He asked us what we were looking for in features and why to help us determine the best vehicle for us. If it wasn’t for Bryan’s sharing and discussing his knowledge of Acura and the features each model and year offered, we would have purchased a used vehicle that did not meet our needs and wants. We went in thinking we wanted a 2017 MDX and ended up purchasing a 2020 RDX with the technology package and driving it home the same day! Thanks Bryan for a great experience! More

This dealership got back to me very quickly upon requesting information about a particular vehicle I had seen advertised. Less than 24 hours later, I was at the dealership, where I was met with frie requesting information about a particular vehicle I had seen advertised. Less than 24 hours later, I was at the dealership, where I was met with friendly faces & caring personalities. I absolutely enjoyed working with the salesman, Dennis, who instantly made me feel completely comfortable with the car buying experience, despite my high stress about the experience, which was new to me. I am always apprehensive about dealerships and how they often make me feel like just a sale to them. For once, I did not have that experience! From first contact with Kelly at the front desk our journey b often make me feel like just a sale to them. For once, I did not have that experience! From first contact with Kelly at the front desk our journey buying this used minivan was outstanding. Dennis was our sales person and really took great care of us. After the purchase, during the 1-hour drive home, we noticed the A/C wasn't blowing cold. It hadn't been noticeable earlier in the day during the test drive because it was cool outside at the time. The Chrysler dealership in our home town I called diagnosed it and wanted $1,200 to repair it. I talked to Dennis and explained what was going on and he offered to have his service department repair it for free. In the mean time, he gave us a nice loaner van to use while our car was being repaired. What a relief it was to be dealing with someone like Dennis who genuinely cares! We have our van back and the AC is blowing cold and working perfectly. Luke in the service department was another great guy who was nice to deal with. This car buying experience with Ed Martin Acura has been second-to-none and I won't hesitate to see them again for our next vehicle. More
