Bough a used Honda Civic from this dealership. Dealership was well prepped for COVID; very clean, had sanitation stations available, employees wearing masks. I found an Acura 2013 online and called Ed Martin Acura and was assigned to Bryan. I asked if there was a car fax and Bryan printed it out, took a look and said everything looked fine. I asked if I could have a copy and never received one. When I got home I called and Bryan emailed it and I saw this car had been in an accident. He also neglected to tell me I needed to use premium gas for this year make and model. The rest of the Ed Martin team was great and transparent. More
