Ed Martin Acura's Finance Manager, Aaron Smith was extremely misleading when trying to sell the gap insurance and extended warranty. Kyle coordinated with Kelly Cain after I couldn't make a first appointment to arrange for me to be able to come by right before they closed. I liked the car, but had one more to test drive so they took the first appointment to arrange for me to be able to come by right before they closed. I liked the car, but had one more to test drive so they took the time after hours to get the paperwork started so I could get it locked in over the phone the next morning. From there manager Nolan helped. It was a '16, so no warranty, but a week later when I got a low battery notification on my fob, they got me in the same day and replaced it for free. Good dealership, probably the best experience I've had. I will recommend. More

Had a very poor sales experience purchasing a used Acura. The whole process took ~6 hours with a 10 minute test drive. The newly purchased car's paint was chipped while the car was still in their possession. I was given a loaner car for a few days. The repair took 2 additional days than quoted, which I found out because I called John. John was unapologetic throughout the entire experience. All around a poor transaction with the negative experience centered around John. More
