If I could put 0 Stars I would. In the past I have purchased 4 cars with this dealership (3 with one very good and honest salesperson who has since left). I recently purchased my 4th (and last) vehic purchased 4 cars with this dealership (3 with one very good and honest salesperson who has since left). I recently purchased my 4th (and last) vehicle with Economy Honda. It is a 2006 Odyssey. Great price, low miles, but one thing they failed to mention, 2 broken motor mounts. Luckly, I caved under the extremely high pressure sales tactics of the finance dept. and bought an extended warranty and was only out of pocket $100 bucks + tax to have repaired (of course at another dealership). The salesman was nice, but pushy and unwilling to work with us on the sale price or trade value. We were offered $1000 more by another dealer a week before and Economy Honda simply wouldn't match it. Lastly, The van had an issue with the alarm system which continues to be bothersome. We called numerous times to the management and service depts. Management never called back and service told us it would cost us to fix the problem even though it was broken the day we bought the car. I was in the market for another new car and went up the road to Honda of Cleveland and got a great deal. Their express service people (oil changes etc.) are friendly and provide a free car wash, but the wait times are astronomical! Min 1 hr although I have waited over 4hrs! Yes, for an oil change! Nothing "express" about that. Needless to say I will NOT be back to Economy Honda for any reason. More

Wow....I called on Friday evening and spoke with Kristina in internet sales. We talked for about 20 mins. I told her what I wanted and how much I needed my payment to be and she got it done. The next morning I met Lynn ( sales ) and he was great. I high recomend Economy Honda. I have bought several cars over the years, but never was it this easy and fast. More
Was looking for a particular CRV in Atlanta (hometown) and could not find! A dealer agreed to order and we agreed on a price. Started looking on-line and noticed that Economy Honda had one with one addi and could not find! A dealer agreed to order and we agreed on a price. Started looking on-line and noticed that Economy Honda had one with one additional add-on but at a lower advertised price. Started chatting/e-mailing with Faith at Economy and finally settled on a great deal (better than any one I could find in Atlanta!) I flew up to Chattanooga to pick up the car and they met me at the airport and transported me to the dealership....could not have been nicer. All of the paperwork was promptly completed and I was ready for the drive back! (In fact the paper work was completed more quickly here than at the Sonic BMW dealership in Atlanta (Global) where I had 4 months prior purchased a new BMW.) I got in the car and drove back to Atlanta awarding the car to my daughter for a college graduation present! Within a day after taking delivery, I noticed several small appearance items which needed correction. I figured I was out of luck given that the car was now out of Tennessee and out of Georgia (my daughter was back in school in Alabama). WRONG....I had several conversations with Economy Honda and worked through another dealership in Alabama and Economy had the matters taken care of...on their nickel! I could not have been more pleased with Economy Honda! Faith was great, their managers were great and the whole experience was a pleasure! If I was in the market again for a Honda there is no doubt but what that I would begin (and probably end) with Economy Honda in Chattanooga! Yes a little distance to go; but good people with good deals....so Atlantan's look north! More
my car was a total loss and i had to get a car. i was looking at anything and everything. clinton was very helpful and honest with his opinions. this store i felt gave me the best deal without haggling looking at anything and everything. clinton was very helpful and honest with his opinions. this store i felt gave me the best deal without haggling over prices. they were as timely as they could be and honest with how long it would take the care. they (the entire store)seemed to care about good costumer service and satisfaction. clinton kept me informed everyday with when my car was suppose to come in and if it had arrived there. the paper work process was as fast as it could be and they were ever so friendly. i appreciated them not treating me like they needed to to sell me something but that they wanted me to get the best car for me whether it was a honda or not or a car from their dealership or not. they let me test drive the same car several times and made sure that i got something i that i would love. I did get the car i love. they have still been working with me on prices of add-ons to my car even though they do not have to. i would go back there just for the service. i am a nurse and as such service is what counts the most to me. i honestly went back to this place because of it. i could have gotten the same car sooner by going to a different honda store but i liked clinton and i liked this store. the financial adviser mr bowers was a great help and worked with me even when i had trouble making up my mind about different payment packages. they care about the cotumer and their needs and not just about the sale! thanks guys for all the help More
