Was looking for a particular CRV in Atlanta (hometown) and could not find! A dealer agreed to order and we agreed on a price. Started looking on-line and noticed that Economy Honda had one with one addi and could not find! A dealer agreed to order and we agreed on a price. Started looking on-line and noticed that Economy Honda had one with one additional add-on but at a lower advertised price. Started chatting/e-mailing with Faith at Economy and finally settled on a great deal (better than any one I could find in Atlanta!) I flew up to Chattanooga to pick up the car and they met me at the airport and transported me to the dealership....could not have been nicer. All of the paperwork was promptly completed and I was ready for the drive back! (In fact the paper work was completed more quickly here than at the Sonic BMW dealership in Atlanta (Global) where I had 4 months prior purchased a new BMW.) I got in the car and drove back to Atlanta awarding the car to my daughter for a college graduation present! Within a day after taking delivery, I noticed several small appearance items which needed correction. I figured I was out of luck given that the car was now out of Tennessee and out of Georgia (my daughter was back in school in Alabama). WRONG....I had several conversations with Economy Honda and worked through another dealership in Alabama and Economy had the matters taken care of...on their nickel! I could not have been more pleased with Economy Honda! Faith was great, their managers were great and the whole experience was a pleasure! If I was in the market again for a Honda there is no doubt but what that I would begin (and probably end) with Economy Honda in Chattanooga! Yes a little distance to go; but good people with good deals....so Atlantan's look north! More

my car was a total loss and i had to get a car. i was looking at anything and everything. clinton was very helpful and honest with his opinions. this store i felt gave me the best deal without haggling looking at anything and everything. clinton was very helpful and honest with his opinions. this store i felt gave me the best deal without haggling over prices. they were as timely as they could be and honest with how long it would take the care. they (the entire store)seemed to care about good costumer service and satisfaction. clinton kept me informed everyday with when my car was suppose to come in and if it had arrived there. the paper work process was as fast as it could be and they were ever so friendly. i appreciated them not treating me like they needed to to sell me something but that they wanted me to get the best car for me whether it was a honda or not or a car from their dealership or not. they let me test drive the same car several times and made sure that i got something i that i would love. I did get the car i love. they have still been working with me on prices of add-ons to my car even though they do not have to. i would go back there just for the service. i am a nurse and as such service is what counts the most to me. i honestly went back to this place because of it. i could have gotten the same car sooner by going to a different honda store but i liked clinton and i liked this store. the financial adviser mr bowers was a great help and worked with me even when i had trouble making up my mind about different payment packages. they care about the cotumer and their needs and not just about the sale! thanks guys for all the help More

AAA+++ Kudos to Brad Starnes and all the staff at Economy Honda. We ended up driving 2.5 hrs to Chattanooga on 2 separate occasions to look at vehicles. We couldn't come to terms on one so we went to another Honda. We ended up driving 2.5 hrs to Chattanooga on 2 separate occasions to look at vehicles. We couldn't come to terms on one so we went to another dealership about 2 weeks later. While at this "high pressure, not tell you anything keep you waiting for 4 hrs" other dealership Brad called to inform us that he was still wanting to work with us if we had our things took care of that kept us from financing the first time. We did and we were back at Chattanooga buying the vehicle that we thought was out of our reach and with a few happy surprises that made the icing on the cake. After a extensive search for the best quality car and what a far price would be, I found Economy Honda Superstore up front pricing to be the best price around. I felt totally comfortable with the prices they were advertising as to be the best I could achieve from other dealers that I would have to haggle with and still might not come out as good. The dealership was very clean and atmosphere was not one of high pressure sales. Our salesman Shane was very helpful and patient while showing us the colors and options they had available on their lot and let us make a decision at our own pace while feeling no pressure at all from him (which is very very appreciated). All the staff we came in contact with was very friendly and professional and made us feel good about doing business with them. The financing was done onsite and was easy and hassle free to get through. Overall it was a good car buying experience that I would do again and recommend others to try out for themselves. More

I requested info via internet on a 2012 crv lx, withen two minutes I recieved a e-mail from faith Brookshire, and within 5 minutes she called me I also informed her I would be trading in a 2008 highlander two minutes I recieved a e-mail from faith Brookshire, and within 5 minutes she called me I also informed her I would be trading in a 2008 highlander she was very helpful answering all my questions I also did a trade in price searh on thier site, bam another e-mail from faith, thanking me forward to seeing my highlander. she called back and set an appointment with sales manager Montr Burney, very helpfull, he then introduced me his sales person Corey Hammonds very polite, well trained on the crv, took all the info on the highlander for the appriaser, I told what I wantsd in the crv, color lx model said he didnt have any lxs but would get one not trying to sell me another model like other deallkserships. we settled on price, he then started searching for a the crv they were selling as fast as he could find one, he called every day on his proggress, when he got one, I drove up from Guntersville AL. Corey went over everything,made the buying and closing prosess a pleasure. These folks work together as a team and it shows, This was my first Honda purchase and now wont be my last. The manager and the sales team member, Andre Dolberry, I talked to were both very helpful and I could tell that they ultimately cared about my satisfaction and wanted to see me enjoy my Honda Civic. They were able to put me in a brand new Honda that I know I will love and at a very good, reasonable price I could afford. The overall friendliness of the Economy Honda employees is incredible. People can feel very comfortable and welcomed when they visit this dealership. I've been to other dealerships before and I felt as though I was only a price ticket. And here, I truly felt they wanted to see me happy and satisfied. And I am both. Also, I was very impressed when the lady who helped me with my financing said that she remembered me from the last time I leased a car there two years ago. That really made me feel like I was welcome. And in the future, I will definitely keep my business with Economy Honda because of the quality of their products, the willingness of the company to work with me and my financial needs, and the overall friendliness of the staff.
