I bought my first Honda in 2002. It was a 2000 Accord and from that moment, I was hooked on Hondas. After driving it for several years and putting over 200,000 miles on it, I gave it to my son for his first from that moment, I was hooked on Hondas. When thinking about replacing it, there was no question what Make of vehicle I was going to get for myself. I chose a 2007 CR-V. I told everyone I knew that I would never own any vehicle, but a Honda. The safety features and retention value can't be beat. That was put to the test a few days ago. A friend and I were involved in a very serious accident. Thanks to Honda's safety features, we both walked away from the accident with only minor bruising. The police were amazed and told us that there was no way we should've walked away from that crash. Unfortunately, while saving us from bodily injury, my CR-V took all of the damage and was a total loss. Due to Honda's excellent value, I was able to get enough insurance proceeds to buy another vehicle. I went immediately to Economy Honda Superstore of Chattanooga. They had another CR-V that was very similar to the one I lost. Jeff Newell was the salesman I worked with. He was very helpful in describing the newer features and answering any questions I had regarding vehicle improvements. I also worked with Josh Bowers in Finance. Most people think buying a car is stressful, but for me deciding which warranties and options I want to go along with my new vehicle is what is so confusing and that is decided during the Financing stage of the deal. Josh clearly explained the options available and demonstrated how each one would effect my monthly payment. Corey Choate is the General Manager that worked with me that evening and approved the deal. I shopped around online before buying my new car and there wasn't another dealer that came close to the pricing that I found at Economy Honda. This is the 2nd CR-V that I have bought there and I will definitely return and recommend them to anyone looking for a new automobile. In addition to the excellent quality of the Sales staff, I have also taken all my Hondas to their Service Center for repairs. They are friendly, helpful, quick and reasonably priced. You just can't beat a Honda and Economy Honda is my dealer of choice! More

I had been eyeing the new accord for a couple of weeks before stopping in and going through the process. I also had a trade-in I was still paying for. I did the research on my car and new what a good fair trade-in value was before going to the dealer, and to my surprise they offered me the same value as I had researched. I was happy and ready to move forward. Kendric was my salesman ( great guy). Denise was a great help with financing. I went in going to have the accord financed through my credit union; but she was able to get me a better deal. I was very surprised. Then it was off to see the sales manager. I have had so many bad experiences with sales managers putting in extra charges that I never asked for and terrible interest rates it makes me sick going through this process. But not with Ryan. Not only were there no surprises with last minute interest rate changing or extra charges, he gave me a great deal on the extended warranty that I was glad to grab. I did not have one erritateing process when I bought this car; It was all helpful and useful so I just had to take the time to right this because they deserved it. Thanks More

I went in with less than favorable credit needing to rebuild but looking for a specific type of car.
