We were on fence on whether to buy a Civic or a Fit, but I told her we’re probably stuck with the Fit. I called Larry Fultz and asked if we could possibly exchange it for a Civic coupe. We were thrilled when he said yes. The exchange went very smoothly. The price we got on the Civic coupe was well below what I thought we might pay for such a nice vehicle. Sal Greco is a fantastic Sales Consultant. He will not hesitate to assist you prior to, during, or after the sale. There have been times when I have called him on his off day with a question and he does n hesitate to assist you prior to, during, or after the sale. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was there to aid my search for a suitable car, not pressure me into buying a car whether it met my needs or not. During our trade negotiations he exhibited strict honesty too. I never saw the slightest hint of "shady" price manipulations. He was a joy to work with. I would also like to mention my positive experience with Mr. Garland Langham, the sales manager. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. All price negotiations are stressful affairs but Mr. Langham treated me fairly and with honest numbers. He is the face of Economy Honda management and represents the company as it should be represented - with honesty, fairness, and professionalism. I have bought many new cars in my life.
