My family and I were exploring Chattanooga recently when our 2016 Honda Pilot was burglarized (9-17-24) while parked at a hotel. They smashed out the driver’s window and the rear hatch window. After getting the police reporting process finished, I started figuring out how to get repairs done without derailing the rest of our trip. I talked to Matt at Honda. He told me to just bring it to them and let them take care of it. He told me they would keep it inside until the work was done so the weather wouldn’t be an issue. He also pointed me to the Enterprise Rental across the street. My wife and I got a suitable rental car and dropped off our Pilot with Matt. He kept me updated throughout the process over the several days it took to get parts on site, repairs completed, and a thorough cleaning done. We changed our plans for the return trip, opting to stay south of Chattanooga and pick up our car on Monday (9-23-24). The repairs were excellent and the cleanup was very good (I picked out about five pieces of glass the vacuum didn’t get). Matt was off so I couldn’t thank him personally for making a bad situation much more tolerable for us. His customer service and communication was exemplary. More

Working with Esales, all pricing negotiations were made in advance of my in store visit. When I arrived the on-site experience took about an hour to complete the sale and be on the road. We found the car online and traveled from Ga to see it and test drive. The car was set aside waiting for us and Fred was ready to answer any questions. We were pleased with the OTD price! I’m pretty easy, and always go with my mind already made up. So, it’s really not hard to pitch a great sale. I either want it or I don’t. So I appreciate Kent for not giving me the runaround.
