I have purchased two other automobiles at Economy Honda in the past. I have also purchased automobiles at a number of other dealerships in the area. I want to take this opportunity to say that I have never in the past. I have also purchased automobiles at a number of other dealerships in the area. I want to take this opportunity to say that I have never had such a wonderful experience at Economy or any other dealership before. The three gentlemen I worked with made it the most efficient and easy process I have ever had while purchasing an automobile. I never felt any pressure about the purchase and I felt as though they were there especially to accomodate my needs. They did exactly that! I hope the dealership knows what special people they have in these three. Thanks for the great car and the great time I had during my visit at Economy Honda. More

My experience with Economy Honda was great from start to finish. This was the easiest purchase of a car I have ever made. I felt comfortable, welcomed and valued. Larry and Wayman were a great team workin finish. This was the easiest purchase of a car I have ever made. I felt comfortable, welcomed and valued. Larry and Wayman were a great team working to solve my transportation needs. To make the purchase even better, I attended a Honda Owner's Clinic on January 19th and I learned so much about my new Honda. This is the first dealership that has ever valued my business by offering such a clinic. I had questions and instead of just answering the questions, they fixed the problems right then. There were no waits and no excuses. They simply addressed the issues I had. I have already recommended two friends to this sales team because I know they will be treated in the same way. If its not one thing its ten more. I dont even know where to begin. We agreed on a price and they kept trying to add to it. Economy says they've got the tax/tag/title in the fees, but if you live in the City to begin. We agreed on a price and they kept trying to add to it. Its sill and frustrating to spend so much money on a new car (and hondas are great) to be treated the way they do you. Throughout our purchase day, the sales rep, Lynn, kept saying, "i would really appreciate it if you gave me a 5 on the customer review, a 5 would really help me out". It would have helped us out if Economy had done what they said - get us the tag, correctly - no its something else i will have to do because they dropped the ball. It was such a bad experience, they never gave us the customer survey to complete - or the voucher for the first oil change (which i had been trying to get, with no progress to date) We love the car but will never go back to Economy for anything.
