I was looking for a vehicle that offered better fuel economy. I wasn't exactly sure about purchasing a new car, but my salesman worked with me until we found a solution that was reasonable and would fit economy. This is my 4th Honda making it the 8th we have purchased through the years. The last 4 all were purchased new from Economy Honda Superstore! Why The Superstore? The Staff and Service have kept me loyal to them all the way. A good friend Kelly McMillan, intoduced me to Garland many years ago, she worked for Nelson Bowers Ford, and knew I wanted a Honda that was 2004. Well he made it all work out and that was my first encounter with Economy Honda a 2005 Accord. A start to a new relationship in my life. Keeping it serviced always at Express Service I met Denny, always going the extra distance to help me when in for service. Never under pressure, he would arrange transportation to work or home and back to pick up my car. My last call was to get a copy of a work order, to assist me with a claim to my Insurance Company. Denny with help of the office Assistant (sorry I don't remember her name)faxed out the needed paperwork. This at that time was my last encounter with Economy Honda, so I thought. Minutes later Denny called me to see how I was, he had been told I totaled my car, to check on ME NOT my car! As it all worked out I was not seriously injured thanks to all the airbags, but the fact Denny was calling to check on me was something above and beyond his services. I knew I'd be looking for a new car, but his actions sealed the deal. I told a friend "that's why I like doing business with Economy Superstore, they have always been able to help me". When I was ready to purchase Denny introduced me to Jonathan Shattuck, with new sales. Jonathan had cars waiting for me to look at when I showed up that Saturday. I went through and made my selection, he found a car with what I wanted, it was still wrapped from delivery! Color, style, everything I had decided to get. Wow this was something else, it all worked out in less than 4 hours, we went inside and there was Garland with that grin! He knew I was happy and ready to purchase. I added a few extra features to the car I picked and while Paul worked up my purchase. We made a few optional additions to secure my needs and when we finished up signing ....there was Jonathan with MY HONDA! We reviewed the car he set up my phone and I was on my way..all day NO WAY it was just after 5 pm! This may seem too easy, but that is how buying a car should be! Whenever we are at the Dealership we are always given excellent service from trusted people. The entire team delivers! They all deserve a HUGE thanks for all they do. Will I see them again? All in due time! With reccomendations to see them to my freinds who have seen MY Honda, and want one for themselves. More
