My ratings are really about the Sales Manger. NOT John the Salesman. John, the salesman, was wonderful: friendly, professional, curtious, GREAT GUY. THEN the sales manager came in. Everything went down hi the Salesman. John, the salesman, was wonderful: friendly, professional, curtious, GREAT GUY. THEN the sales manager came in. Everything went down hill after that. Joshua was the most self absorbing, narcisstic, egotistical young man I have dealt with in a long time. He tried to push me into a warranty that I was not sure I could afford, I tried to explain to him that I am on a fixed income and the additional dollars was my concern. He said several times, "Well it's ONLY X dollars more. That's like a cup of coffee a day. Surely you can afford THAT." I found this to be very degrading and pushy. I understand that the sales manager is to "close the deal" but he needs to be more personable, friendly, compassionate, and just plain nice to his customers. John also told me that the light on my odometer would be replaced. But after I got home, I realized that Joshua had cancelled all repairs. So now the odometer light is out in my Saturn Vue. That was just plain mean. I feal as if he wanted to get the last dig by not putting in the light. I still believe that Economy Honda is a good company to purchase a vehicle, BUT the Sales Manager has got to go. Virginia Rinehart More

I arrived at the dealership a very wet Jan. 20, 2012. I was offered help right away and was not pressured in any way. Jeff did not try to take advantage of me because I was a woman, like salesmen at other dealerships do. I came to the dealership knowing how much that I would take for my trade-in. Jeff came back with an offer for my trade & I countered the offer and then Jeff took it to his Manger & got it approved, without haggling back & forth on the price. I have purchased two other automobiles at Economy Honda in the past. I have also purchased automobiles at a number of other dealerships in the area. The three gentlemen I worked with made it the most efficient and easy process I have ever had while purchasing an automobile. I never felt any pressure about the purchase and I felt as though they were there especially to accomodate my needs. They did exactly that!
