We love the no pressure sales department especially Stan Becker and his son Joe Becker. They seem to know exactly the car I'm looking for and take care of all the details fairly and quickly. I actually consider them friends making the car buying experience even more pleasurable. Service Dept also treats me very well and appointments are easy obtain. Fair prices and Jimmy my service advisor along with Don Wheeler the service manager always answer all my questions and work is done promptly and I'm on my way. Now that work on 35E is done its even easier to get in/out of dealership. More

Why I'm a repeat customer Let me begin by saying when I walked in the doors I was promptly greeted. Tony, the sales person was wonderful. He was kind, very relaxed and not too Let me begin by saying when I walked in the doors I was promptly greeted. Tony, the sales person was wonderful. He was kind, very relaxed and not too pushy. He really worked hard to get me the best deal, and was in constant communication with me. Mike, the manager is also a kind man. I actually bought a car from him at Eckert, back in 2013, and paid for it all in cash. I ended up having to sell that car to help my mom out, and got a less expensive car with payments. I was in a great situation because my car was worth more than I owed. When considering a place to buy another car, "Eckert Hyundai" rose to the top. I've never once forgotten how great Mike was to me before. Eckert Hyundai, treated me like family, and they remembered me as well. They worked with me, and I walked away with a new car. But most importantly, they treated me decently. I currently work at a bank, and our mission statement follows caring, excellence, and integrity. I use this in the back of my mind whenever I'm helping a customer. These three words are something that I remember on a constant basis. I use these tools in how I treat others, and remind myself " treating people the way you would want to be treated." Mike, and Tony were first, very "caring" about my situation. They helped me in anyway they could; and worked diligently to facilitate me as the customer. They brought "excellence" because they didn't give up, and strived for what I would call "excellent customer service." And third they showed "integrity" by being honest, about the car, rebates, and really working with me. They weren't out to try and give me something I didn't need; and were fair. Like I said before, I remembered how Mike treated me and that's why I came back. Tony, is also an asset to this company as well. He listened, instead of just writing down things. Communication was key here, and nobody was too pushy. Bottom line was all they wanted to do was help me get a car, with payments I could afford. And it's important to note, they were reasonable about the money they offered for the current car; I had brought in to exchange. I will always make sure that people know if there in the market for a car purchase, look no further; go to Eckert Hyundai. I can honestly say that I have never felt so good about a car purchase, than the ones I've made here. I think other car places could learn a thing or two from these people. Something that really stood out is in the car business, you see a lot of turnover. But, to come back 4 years later and the same people are here; speaks volumes. I'm blessed, and appreciative for all that Mike and Tony did. Nor, will I ever forget how they helped me. I will always be grateful to Eckert Hyundai, not just for the deal they gave me; but for reminding me there are still good car dealerships/salespeople in this world. But, in all honesty this dealership is in a great league of its own. More
16 year old grandson first car!! Grandson turned 16 and we were out shopping for a good used vehicle. After a horrible experience at another dealership we were guarded going in.
