Working with Nick Baki and the rest of the staff at Eckert Hyundai was a great experience. Over the past few weeks I visited many Dealers in the D/FW Metroplex looking for a new Hyundai Sonata. Most Eckert Hyundai was a great experience. Over the past few weeks I visited many Dealers in the D/FW Metroplex looking for a new Hyundai Sonata. Most of these Dealers seemed more concerned with selling me a new vehicle than to help me find the vehicle I wanted. This finally changed when I visited Eckert Hyundai in Denton. Nick was a great salesperson and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and did everything he could to help get me into a new Sonata. There was no pressure to “buy today”, like the other Dealers, and they gave me a great price. This Hyundai dealer is BY FAR the best dealer in the DFW area. A lot of other dealers in the area gave us the run around, saying they had a particular car but didn't have anything when we showed up. He was up front with us about available inventory and even put the car we wanted to look at in the back so he would know where to find it when we came in. We didn't ask him to do that but he did. It was a really nice gesture. The customer service at this dealership is also the best of all Hyundai dealers we've been to. There was no hassle to get a good price- We were given a fair price right off the bat on our 2013 Santa Fe 2.0T. There was also no pressure to buy/use their financing. My fiance and I were prepared 'to do battle' to get a decent price on the Santa Fe but we didn't need to, which was awesome! We also expected to be at the dealership signing a few hours worth of paperwork and trying to be talked into extended warranties but we weren't. We were in and out of the dealer in 2-2 1/2 hours which is great for buying a new car with financing. To add to the great customer service we received, our salesman, Stan Becker, sent us an email the same day thanking us for choosing Eckert Hyundai. I have NEVER heard of anyone recieving a thank you email after purchasing a vehicle. It was such a small gesture but it spoke volumes about the company and people working at this dealership. If you are looking for a new car and want to be treated with respect, get a fair price for a car and have a pleasant car buying experience, buy your next vehicle from Eckert Hyundai! I must say that I was impressed about this dealership. James from the main dealership worked with me on getting a very nice car that I saw on http://cars.com. I pulled up as a first time buyer with 0 credit due to never financing a vehicle before and really made it possible to drive off in a 2005 Avalon that had only 75,000 miles on it. I test drove it and was impressed with the way that it had been kept clean inside and out. My wife was even more happy on how attentive Joe and the others were toward us as we waited on paper work getting finalized. By me living in Bedford TX, I took a huge risk at driving 40+miles to possibly get this car. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a smooth, non hassle dealership. If I had known that this would have gone as great as it did, I would have bought my previous vehicle from here. Now a days it is very hard to purchase a car with all of the salesman sounding like one when you first walk into the dealership.
