Everything about my purchase expereince was positive. As a woman I get anxious when I have to do anything related to my automobile. I am not an auto expert. I have to trust those working on my car and those sales representatives I deal with when purchasing a vehicle. I visited 5 other dealerships before walking into Eckert Hyundai. I left all 5 of these previous dealerships angry, confused about what they were telling me and frustrated. The sales people at these other dealerships were not listening to my needs and trying to sell me vehicles that were not meeting my financial goals and my lifestyle. They all came across as fake, taking advantage of my lack of knowledge with the auto industry. When I walked into Eckert Hyundai I knew I had found an honest dealership!!
