Initially, my experience here was positive. They have a clean and comfortable environment, and the people I worked with were professional and knowledgeable. In any areas that they did not have They have a clean and comfortable environment, and the people I worked with were professional and knowledgeable. In any areas that they did not have answers, they did their research and found resources to help fill in the blanks. With regards to used electric vehicles and partial tax credits, the salesperson working with me ensured me that he contacted someone in that field via phone call to ensure that the vehicle I was purchasing would qualify. I'll update when I find ou However, unfortunately, this location created an error on the paperwork requiring me to return to sign everything again. They admitted the fault was on their end. I was in contact with their financial manager, who was helpful and did his best to be informative, and I was asked to meet with him to go over the paperwork again. He said that he would have everything printed and ready so that when I showed up we could make it quick and easy. We discussed a day and timeframe. I showed up as discussed, and asked the members at the front desk to let the financial manager know that I was here to meet with him as previously discussed. They said they would let him know. After about 45 minutes of waiting, I texted the financial manager to let him know I was waiting to speak with him, just in case the front desk failed to inform him. No response. After about an hour of waiting I approached the front desk again, and asked to speak with the financial manager as was planned. They said he doesn't come out to talk to anyone normally. I told them the situation, and that I had been waiting for an hour at that point. After some time communicating the situation, a gentleman from the front desk decided to go talk to the financial manager, and eventually returned with the corrected paperwork for me to sign. I asked if the financial manager would be available to discuss the errors in detail with me, so I was informed. They again said thay he doesn't usually meet with anyone, and that he is busy. They also said that they told him that I had tried to contact him at his work mobile number. He did respond via text with an apology saying that no one let him know that I was there. The person at the front desk retrieved the paperwork and a salesperson volunteered to help go over them and sign everything again. As we discussed the error, the salesperson decided it was best to have the financial manager go over the details with me. Which was what I was originally expecting before I arrived over an hour and a half ago at that point. The financial manager came out to meet with me, and was very polite and professional. We went over the error, confirmed the necessary actions, and ensured that this would not cause any other issues moving forward. Once the financial manager and I had concluded out meeting, I worked with the salesperson again to finish the paperwork. However, as we started, I already saw a new error. They somehow had printed an address that was not my own. So I had to wait for them to print all of the paperwork again, verify all of the information again, sign all of the documents again, and finally leave after over 2 hours at my expense due to their mistake. In summary, while the members of the staff were mostly polite and professional, there were some that dropped the ball regarding very critical paperwork, not once, but twice (so far), and others that failed to communicate with their team to inform them of my arrival, despite me being assured otherwise. Will this prevent me from returning in the future? While I am thoroughly disappointed with the situation, I am still willing to give them a second chance in the future should I be of need of their services again. Solely because I do feel that the people working directly with me were actively trying to understand my situation, and help me through it, knowing and admitting that the fault was completely on them. With that said, I still caution others considering this location. More
