I believe those are two very important things to feel as a new customer in an unfamiliar place. He was great at making recommendations for me as a first time buyer and even advised me in what would most benefit me in the long run. I will be coming back to this dealership because of him, and it is people like him that make environments like these a great experience. Although I wasn’t buying day of he took his time with me and made me feel that I could ask him any questions without feeling embarrassed or holding back.
