Sales rep was knowledgeable and very helpful. I give 4 stars . However , the car I bought has a tire pressure when I test drove it and they said it’ll go away. I. bought the car, put air and rest the tires and still the tire pressure came on. Echo park couldn’t accommodate us fast enough so my husband took it to discount tires. We found out there was a nail and the tires is unsalvagaeble. Took the car to echo park to get it fixed and all they did was change the tires but none of inconvenience that we had to go through. More

My new car needs fixed already I bought my car 6 months ago and I just found out I need all new tires and my rotors are warped. They may inspect it, but they do not fix the problem I bought my car 6 months ago and I just found out I need all new tires and my rotors are warped. They may inspect it, but they do not fix the problems or tel you about them before you buy it. They also sent on the wrong VIN for my registration so I had to wait 2 extra months and had to go to the DMV twice. More
