I knew ahead of time which car I wanted to purchase, because they have an awesome website, but was afraid I would not be able to do a test drive because of the virus. However, I did and the car and the process was fully explained to me. I especially liked the fact they did not try to sell me into another car. I was in the "drivers seat" and it was clear they were there to help and educate. The process for purchasing is a little long but well worth the time. My "Experience Guide" was Vernon Oshea. He was very knowledgeable, listens intensely, answers question thoroughly, continually was careful to social distancing, and assured me my new car had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
