They were interested in a lease I could have traded in, but when Honda asked them to create and account to get a buy-out quote, they chickened out and were not willing to work with them. When it came down to numbers, they offered me an abysmal 4.6% interest loan (during COVID!) through one of their mysterious credit unions and told me that is the best they can do. I walked away, applied for a loan from Chase, they came back within 10 minutes with an offer at 2.99%. I went back with my 3% and they went through Chase for me. The sales lady said it was the best rate she had ever seen - she must be new... DON'T TAKE THEIR FINANCE OFFER. More

After we choose one to buy, the buying process was easy and simple. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I felt there was a ton of pressure to buy 1 of 3 warranty's offered. After we told Gray we were not interested, a manager came over to us and again explained the warranty and why we should buy it. Otherwise, our experience was super awesome and I would certainly go back there. More
