We purchased a vehicle and bought the warranty packages which were a complete scam!!! They looted about what was covered which was actually nothing and told us they were refundable but are now a few weeks which were a complete scam!!! Overall I am pleased with the buying experience at Echo Park. However, they talked me into buying the interior and exterior “Permaplate” protection package at roughly $1,000. First I was told it would take 45 days to get into the system. When I did submit a claim on August 31 I got an email saying I would be contacted in 3-4 days. It took 8 days. The email said I would be contacted in 2-3 days to schedule an appointment. It has been 7 days and no contact. Very disappointed! If I were to do it again I wouldn’t get either the interior or exterior protection plans. More

The service after the sell,one day later is terrible. My display on the 2018 Ram Big Horn was not working properly. I took my truck back to Echo Park on Saturday 2 days after the sale. The service people left at 4. While talking to an Echo Park associate I was informed that once I buy it's mine along with the issues I was having. When asking for the service department phone number I was told it's on page 1 of my paper work. For what ever reason the associate would not give me the phone number or business card. I was planning on going on a trip with my new truck on Monday 4 days after I bought it. I went to Echo Park 2 days after the sell to see if they could do something since I was going on a trip the following Monday. They were unwilling to do anything. I felt like it's not there issue any more it's mine. They could not even give me the service department phone number. I am writing this review because I was sent an email asking me to do a review. It also give me an option to call. I called.I wanted them to have a chance to do something. After spending over an hour trying to talk to someone I gave up and decided to do this review. This is the reason I would give them the lowest rating possible. After all I spent over 37k and received NO support after the sell. Even 2 days later when I went back. The sales lady was grest. Super pleased. Unfortunately Echo Park let her down by providing a poor inspection before the sale and no service AFTER the sale. I do hold out hope that they would make it right. After all that display is an important part of the trucks interior and right now it sucks. The display restarts on it's own, freezes up,radio stays on after turning truck off and opening the door and a nice BLUE screen. More

Love the car I bought but this was by no help from the dealership or salespeople I worked with. This is a no haggle dealership which basically means the salespeople don’t make commission so have zero inte dealership or salespeople I worked with. The specific car I purchased price dropped over the week however I had to find this out on my own instead of the salesperson I worked with taking the time to reach out. Even after I was qualified and stated I felt it was a little over priced. I returned the next week after I made the discovery on my own but asked to work with someone else. The new salesperson I was given had an even worse attitude and told me the car loan rate I was quoted didn’t exist. Only to look into it and find I was approved for that rate. After the car was ready we were walked outside, handed the keys and she walked away. No thank you, no enjoy your new car. Only to get in a discover less than a quarter of a tank of gas and an over due oil change. This dealership is getting two stars instead of one only because I found the perfect car which just happened to be at their dealership and not available elsewhere. More
