Very clean and easy to shop. Ryan was great, very friendly and professional. We didn’t appreciate the back and forth with financing, doesn’t make sense that when we get up to leave that the interest friendly and professional. Also, originally we wanted just my husband on the loan, ended up having me apply as a co-signer, then when we sign the paperwork, I’m the primary. This is NOT what we wanted nor was it explained to us until signing. We totally understand our credit scores and how they impact the interest rates, we just don’t feel like the financing department was as upfront as they could have been. More
