Great service from Kyle and the GM. But the finance team took their time, probably due to the volume of sales. Once I decided on a car, it took a very long time to get anything done. Not Kyle's fault so no took their time, probably due to the volume of sales. Once I decided on a car, it took a very long time to get anything done. Not Kyle's fault so no blame to him. Also, what I did not like was how carefree a few of the staff was on mask-wearing. Just wear a mask, it's not hard, but much of the staff saw it as optional and no one seemed to care. Masks half down, off, with a useless gator that does not protect anyone, always pulling up. I wanted to get a car, not potentially get covid. More
I was ready to buy a Ford Explorer and I found the exact one I was looking for at the Thornton, CO location. However, during the test drive it was very obvious that the alignment was off and it pulled da one I was looking for at the Thornton, CO location. However, during the test drive it was very obvious that the alignment was off and it pulled dangerously to the right. I informed my Salesman and he said it would be fixed and to come back the next day. I came back for another test drive and it stilled pulled to the right. The manager, Sean, told me that he would rectify the situation and to "hang in there and he would get the issue resolved". Then I was told by the salesman that he would call me when the repair was completed. Five days went by with no word about the repair and then finally the salesman called to inform me that the vehicle had been sold and offered me another vehicle with higher mileage at a higher price. What a sham. Caveat emptor- Latin for "Let the buyer beware" is my best advice to anyone thinking about buying a vehicle from EchoPark. If their customer service and ability to communicate is this bad, do you really think they are doing the 190 Point Vevicle Inspection that they flaunt on their web site? More

This is the second car I have purchased at EchoPark. The prices are already below Kbb and they give a fair price for the trade. The process is quick and hassle free. prices are already below Kbb and they give a fair price for the trade. The process is quick and hassle free. More

Radio won’t pair. Lock/unlock on drivers side door stoped working. Rubber seal around windshield starting coming off. Service dept is terrible. Because service department can’t seem to fix anything they wa working. Rubber seal around windshield starting coming off. Service dept is terrible. Because service department can’t seem to fix anything they want me to take it to a dealership to be repaired. They finally agreed they would take it to the dealership. Why have a service dept if vehicles need the dealership to repair them. More

We chose echo park because we knew exactly what vehicle we were looking for and they had several at a lower price than other dealers with the same criteria. Michael was our sales rep and he was professiona we were looking for and they had several at a lower price than other dealers with the same criteria. Michael was our sales rep and he was professional and courteous through the entire process. Pros include no pressure sales and lower prices. Cons would be a fairly long process (four hours), a finance rate almost 2% above what my bank offers (with an 830 credit score) and zero return period. Overall my teen is happy with her new car so it was worth the trip up to Denver for the savings. More
