EchoPark Thornton has great customer service when you purchase a vehicle. The salesman said an independent company frequents their dealership and they could make a key. I am disappointed with the customer service with trying to contact the independent company through EchoPark after the sale was final. I have called five times and my calls have been dropped three times. I eventually got a call back from the salesman who sold me the car but he suggested calling back on the day the key person was at their business. Of course, when I called I got the same ole dropped calls, transfers to voicemails etc. Like I said, great customer service initially, however, poor follow up after the purchase was done. More
