We chose echo park because we knew exactly what vehicle we were looking for and they had several at a lower price than other dealers with the same criteria. Cons would be a fairly long process (four hours), a finance rate almost 2% above what my bank offers (with an 830 credit score) and zero return period. Overall my teen is happy with her new car so it was worth the trip up to Denver for the savings. More

We reviewed the pictures for the vehicle we wanted to purchase and we asked the dealership employees, over the phone, about the vehicle and any particular body or interior damage.. We were told it had a clean carfax reports and had no accidents or damage other than normal wear and tear. No major exterior dings or scrapes. We were flying in from out of state to buy the vehicle, so were taking the word of the dealership on condition of the vehicle. We arrived to find scraping where the vehicle had been hit in the left rear quarter panel. We also found tears in the leather of the back seat. Had the dealership not received another car of the same model, year and color we would have had to fly home without a vehicle. More

This was by far the best car buying experience ever! In these days of everything being by appointment, we didn't have one, but were still treated wonderfully. Even though she had multiple customers she was helping, all at the same time, we never felt neglected or forgotten. The actual process getting the deal done once we had waited our turn to be seen and taking the test drive, only took about an hour. Next time we buy a car, it will be from Echo Park.
