Ashley Chavez was our sales agent. Ashley was patient and answered all of our questions without hesitation. We had an appointment to drive a CRV, and after doing so, we ended up driving a total of (3) vehicl answered all of our questions without hesitation. Once the decision was made, Ashley was able able to get us out of the business in a reasonable amount of time. I believe that I can speak for most people when I say, dealing with car sales agents is not something we look forward to. Ashley represented Echo Park with enthusiasm and professionalism throughout this purchase. She was never pushy and tried hard to put our needs in a vehicle ahead of the sale. Would I recommend Echo Park in the future? Well I got a good deal on the vehicle, and an excellent sales lady. Yes highly recommended. More

Worst customer service ever!! Took 3 months and 40+ phone calls and text messages to get my truck back into get fixed what they agreed to correct at the time of purchase. No Service Dept or sales Rep called back ever! No manager would even speak with me. Then, they tried to tell me I was past my allowed 30 days and they would not fix the items!! Once i finally got my truck back in there, they called me a liar saying “you never called” and told me to bring in my phone to “prove text messages, and my phone bill to prove phone calls!” It took 4 hours for them to just turn me over to a rental vehicle cause they still had not even looked at my truck. Been 3 weeks since my truck was there, that they never fixed and no one has reached out! Still “waiting” on parts to arrive I guess. Worst buying experience ever. To be called a liar! To never get a phone call back! Horrible!! More
I went to EchoPark because they happened to have a used vehicle I had been searching for at a good price. I've never been to EchoPark and in fact, I had not bought a car in 15 years. They were friendly, ef vehicle I had been searching for at a good price. I've never been to EchoPark and in fact, I had not bought a car in 15 years. They were friendly, efficient, and I loved the environment - very clean, focused on technology (everyone had ipads, etc) and also welcoming. The price for the vehicle I was looking at was good - just below what other places were listing the same vehicles at. I ended up purchasing the car, and the whole process went quickly (I also came very prepared and had already been pre-approved for financing). I traded my 17 year old vehicle as part of this, and that whole process was also efficient and right on target as to my expectations. One thing to note is they have their sales folks (called customer experience people) go through what are obvious speeches regarding signing up for extended warranties (now called service contracts). I really enjoyed working with Gray and the whole experience except this part. He was doing his job, and doing it well. I could tell they told him what to say here, and he fully believed it and used these services himself. But you have to understand that I kept my last car for 15 years - I know what it takes to keep a car around for a while. My personal stance on these service contracts on used vehicles are they are not necessary - most of the things they cover will not break in the time span of this contract. Its a waste of money. But Gray was prepared with obvious ways to escalate the pitch if a customer declines. He had invoices and examples from his experience as to why I should buy them. But none of these things hold up if you've actually had a car for as long as I have. Mechanical things cost money to maintain, that is true. But adding on service contracts is a waste of your money. This part of the process took so long that I almost walked from the deal. In looking back at it though, they only had 2 document folks there that day, so I wondered if Gray was finding a way to stall while they prepared the purchasing agreement. My recommendation to everyone out there: say no to service contracts and extended warranties!! As someone who works in sales, Gray did a great job here though - if I ran a business focused on sales, I would keep him around. In general, working with Gray was really nice though. And every car dealership wants you to buy service contracts, which I knew and was prepared for. Overall Gray did a really great job, and I would recommend EchoPark to my friends and family for sure! After purchasing the vehicle, I took it to a few Subaru places and had them check it out to see if I needed to do any work on it. I didn't - everything was very maintained, clean, and there were no concerns at all. Overall, this was an awesome experience for purchasing a car after a 15 year hiatus. More
