Engine rattles on cold startup, and they had to know that. Factory warranty will fix it but that means a week in the shop.. Very slick dealership. Watch out. More

Overall a good experience, but be careful, do your own research, and come with your own finance options. The prices are good compared to other locations and vehicles seem decent quality. They were interested in a lease I could have traded in, but when Honda asked them to create and account to get a buy-out quote, they chickened out and were not willing to work with them. When it came down to numbers, they offered me an abysmal 4.6% interest loan (during COVID!) through one of their mysterious credit unions and told me that is the best they can do. I walked away, applied for a loan from Chase, they came back within 10 minutes with an offer at 2.99%. I went back with my 3% and they went through Chase for me. The sales lady said it was the best rate she had ever seen - she must be new... DON'T TAKE THEIR FINANCE OFFER. More
