Gray was great to work with. We liked EchoPark because we were looking for a Ford Explorer and they had more than 10 for us to look at and compare. After we choose one to buy, the buying process was easy and simple. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I felt there was a ton of pressure to buy 1 of 3 warranty's offered. After we told Gray we were not interested, a manager came over to us and again explained the warranty and why we should buy it. Otherwise, our experience was super awesome and I would certainly go back there. More

Overall happy with my experience. Went with a specific car in mind and ended up not liking it.
