Bella did a fantastic job - we paid cash and declined the warranties. No pressure sales pitch so very happy with that! I did have an issue with an oil leak. I called the service center this morning (December 8) to let them know that we JUST bought the car, a QX 60, and it was dripping oil. I was told by Liz at the service center that the earliest I could get the car in was not until the 13th. I was surprised by that because I explained the extent of the leak - it was not dripping, but more like leaking. Every other dealership I have ever dealt with addressed issues like this immediately. Anyway, I called back - talked to another rep and they took my name and contact info. I received a call from someone else at customer service who said too bring the car in today. Glad I did! Issue resolved - so a HUGE shout out to Sabrina Mulvaney for taking care of me! More

I am changing my review. The buying experience was great. Bella was super - we were in and out quickly. HOWEVER - when we drove the car home, we could smell burning oil and there is an oil leak dripping o Bella was super - we were in and out quickly. When I called Echo Park in Thornton to tell them about this, the earliest they can get the car in is Monday the 13th. Good customer service would be to have us bring that in today, the 8th to fix this. Not happy about this. PLUS - one of the keys is the wrong key for this car. Sales staff is good - but the service department no so much. Disappointed in that. More
