Overall not impressed with the level of customer service. When calling into the dealership it was difficult to talk to a salesperson or get a call back once I made the decision to buy. When visiting the dealership there was a complete lack of expediency to finalize paperwork. I had the cashiers in hand, proof of insurance, completed sales agreement from the prior day and it took nearly two hours for them to get paperwork printed out. One the salesperson had the paperwork he (didn't get his name) he rushed through the paperwork just asking for signatures without explaining or at the least providing a highlight of what each document was. More
