Echo Park is a busy establishment especially on a Saturday! We had called early in the day about a specific vehicle and scheduled time to come test drive that afternoon. When we arrived they let us know that car was purchased within the last hour prior to us arriving. As much of a bummer that was, we were then quickly informed they had another of the exact model available with less miles and an even better trim package. We immediately said yes to drive it and they connected us with an expert, Abram on the spot. Abram was efficient, knowledgeable and extremely attentive and helpful in getting us set up with a car to test drive and answer any questions we had. He made the process enjoyable and easy! More
