Took too long for paperwork. Payment is not industry standard. Salesman was a caring person. They told me I needed a cashiers check. We made the check out to ourselves and was ready to sign the check over when Richard Lagan informed us it must be make out to ExhoPark. I told Richard that he and his salesperson did not inform us of this. So back to the bank. We returned and was told that they could easily undo the deal as they are Hugh and do 600 cars per day. Well I am convinced why would I ever come back. To be talked down again. Not offered anything for my time and expenses of re-doing a check. The last straw was when I was handed the keys. One key fob would not work. I was told to try a new battery and bring it back if there was an issue. No offer to help me on the spot. Oh well. I am just a Senior getting talked down to and buying a 32k car. Just a chump to big Richard. More

Went to a few dealerships before this one and had pretty bad experiences. EchoPark was much better, and I didn't feel like they were trying to waste my time.
