The trade in process with the buyer was very frustrating- the algorithm used to value a trade off by a lot and it is frustrating to be told you are $6,000 different from what was quoted prior to driving 4 hours to the dealership. Beware of the online trade value as it will likely be much less and any small dent will lessen the value of your trade by a lot no matter how minor. The truck I purchased was very dirty inside and there was a used sock and other items from the previous owner so beware that used vehicles do not get detailed inside prior to sale. It was an up and down experience overall and I likely wouldn't shop EcoPark as a dealership but if you have a chance to work with Armando you wont be disappointed he was great. More
