My husband and I came in to EchoPark on Saturday with the intention of getting a car for me, but not knowing what type of car. Their online system is so helpful in sorting out what is in your price range and intention of getting a car for me, but not knowing what type of car. Their online system is so helpful in sorting out what is in your price range and what is available on the lot. Ryan was very helpful and efficient in finding the car options we selected and letting us test drive them all. We ended up with my first choice but Ryan Wilson made the process to check out with the credit report and financing very quick and seamless. I even left my sweatshirt in one the cars, but couldn't remember which car and Ryan went the extra step to search all the car we looked at, including washing and filling up the car with gas. I highly recommend EchoPark for its efficiency and many car options on the lot. More

Did not receive the best of service. The person seemed in a hurry and didn’t offer to put gas in the car i just purchased. He mentioned that is they do lot charge a dealer fee. Someone i know went and purchased a car a month after me and mentioned they filled up their gas tank gave them a cleaning kit and included an oil change. I work for a customer service job and always treat my customers how I want to be treated. This is not how I wanted to be treated. More
