I just bought my first car yesterday and I have to say it was an amazing experience. Seth McAlexander was the guy helping me and he was awesome he listened to everything I wanted and didn’t want. At first the salesman Anthony seemed nice but once I asked for clarification on items that inflated the car price 7-9 thousand dollars he got upset. Had I not asked you would assume that’s the price of the vehicle. I had prequalified from the bank and Anthony and the one that runs financing kept saying I wouldn’t get a lower APR which I did. I had to keep asking the front desk or other associates for him as he kept saying he was attending to other customers but didn’t see him with anyone for a while. Anthony made it very clear customer service is not important to him only what can increase his commission. He saw a woman and thought I wouldn’t ask questions, he had no integrity. I would’ve switched car salesman but really did like the car so I bought it. I was told there was a gift of cleaning supplies with the purchase but when I asked at the end Anthony said there weren’t anymore and would mail one to me. The only good interaction was with the gentleman that took my payment. Really nice and attentive guy. Doubt I’ll ever recommend anybody to go to this dealership. More
