It is always a little intimidating going into a car dealership alone, but Bruno was incredible in making me feel comfortable and informed throughout my entire transaction here from start to finish. I was surprised when the trade-in value that I was offered at EchoPark for my old car surpassed what I was offered at CarMax and Carvana. Also, the actual atmosphere of this dealership is very welcoming and professional compared to a lot of the other used car dealerships I've been to in the Tampa area. I really appreciated how quickly Bruno responded to all of my MANY questions whether that was in person or through text message, he truly went above & beyond to ensure a smooth transition for me in every step of buying my new car. I love my Chevy Volt and couldn't be happier with my overall experience at EchoPark. We stumbled upon Echo Park after going to multiple dealerships that same day. Bruno was great and helped us find what we wanted.
