I gave them a 4 rating only because I am not sure if I liked the no haggle on the price rule. I did know that before I went. To be honest I was pleasantly surprised by all the attention, time and energy liked the no haggle on the price rule. I did know that before I went. To be honest I was pleasantly surprised by all the attention, time and energy my sales woman Melissa gave me. She did everything in her power to save me money when it came to warranties and even interest rates that banks were offering me. I spoke to numerous other employees and they are simply down to Earth people with big smiles and make you feel like you belong there. A shout-out to Gary Rudiger and Tammy in the office for all your help and sincere smiles. Melissa is an amazing young lady and I see her rising to the top rather quickly.
