Love the car so far....disappointed due to the fact that I was told if I bought the extended warranty I would have bumper to bumper but when I got the warranty, it is not bumper to bumper. I bought the extra coverage for the bumper to bumper. My boyfriend referred me there since he bought his bmw there and he still hasn't gotten the referral reward that they advertise and the salesman was nice and a big help but didn't call on Monday like he said he would. WOW!!!!!!! I am impressed. Bill was great to deal with. No hassell at all. NICE he DID NOT keep going back to his manager or play that game. He said he would call me back shortly, (I thought, yea right) Well he did, in less then 20 Min. He could not do exactly what I wanted, but told me what he could do, and it was close, and I felt that it was fair. SO I when to see him, signed the papers, and picked up the car the next day. Nice Car 2013 Town and County w stow and go. I love the car, and have new respect for a car dealer. I can't remember the name of the person who drove me home the 1st day, he was wonderful also, professional and polite. Bill D knows who he is, and also the Nice young lady whose office is across from Bills. She was great. My son told me about Sun Auto, and how nice you were, and I just said ok, yea yea yea, heard this all before........I told my son what I wanted and He checked your web side, found the car I wanted, called Bill and insisted I get hold of him. If your advertisement states free VIP perks card with purchase, and then the salesman and customer service don't have the common courtesy to respond to my e-mails or calls to discuss when I will receive purchase, and then the salesman and customer service don't have the common courtesy to respond to my e-mails or calls to discuss when I will receive my card, that bothers me. Customer service said it would contact me concerning this and the salesman didn't respond either. That's false advertising. Stereo also was not working when I picked up the car. Had to call Honda dealership to fix the problem. Glad I found this out. I just sent my wife to Fuccillo instead. Never again SunAuto More

Bought a 2012 tacoma with 3000 miles on it. The transaction went very smoothly at the dealership. My salesman, Mike was very friendly and after some friendly back and forth, we finally came to a d transaction went very smoothly at the dealership. However, after having the vehicle home for a week of so I discovered that the tires that were on the vehicle were not the ones that belonged on a 2012 vehicle with 3000 miles on it. The tires were older and worn. These tires were legal and passed inspection so the dealership was within their rights to sell me the truck with these tires on it. However, I felt that if I bought a vehicle with 3000 miles on it, I thought that it was reasonable that the tires on the vehicle would have the same amount of miles as well. So I wrote an email to Todd Caputo, detailing the situation. He replied to me in less than 12 hours and personally called me the same day. He told me there is sometimes a difference between what is legal and what is right. And in this situation it wasn't right. He told me he wanted to make this right. Sufficed to say, he took great care of me and immediately rectified the situation that day. I am proud to know an owner is still around that knows what it means to be fair to their customers and isn't just about the bottom line. I was also impressed that Todd took a hands on approach with his customers and took the time to contact me himself and rectify the situation. Thank you Todd, and I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair deal with the comfort of knowing you will be treated right. More

I absolutely dread buying a new car. The salesmen try to fast talk you. All I want to know is how much is the car I'm interested in, what will you give me for my car. They take your car keys and good luck getting them back. Then they take your offer to the sales manager a couple times and come back with a legal pad full of numbers only he understands. This my experience the last three cars I bought. I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in to Sun Chevrolet Warehouse and was quickly approached by Chris Segars,Jr. He answered all my questions, didn't take my keys and explained what all the numbers meant so I could understand them. Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of a 2012 chevrolet and feel good about the experience. Chuck Price More
