There was a few issues after the purchase..forgot to have me sign a paper and wanted me down ASAP..well if it was that important- come to my work or fax it to me? I was already making multiple trips out there at this point and was not going to leave work again for their mistake. Then they "accidentally refunded" my deposit money. But it never actually refunded to my account and still a week + later im still getting harrassed about checking my acct, reswipping card and getting them my bank info.. YET, they havent checked their acct yet to see the money is THERE! Also irritating that they dont believe me!! Everytime i ask if they checked their acct i get some excuse "they will tomorrow" or " it will take a few days"... So who ever is in charge of that im not thrilled with, my sales guy of coarse is being put in the middle of it and doing the dirty work and unfortunately getting the annoyed,pissed off customer, ME! Not impressed at all about this! I am supposed to come back for paint touch ups but not even wanting to go back to them to do those services.. More
