Bad dealership I bought a car from sun auto in Cicero and they don't stand behind their veichels they just sell junk the car i bought runs and drives fine it just th I bought a car from sun auto in Cicero and they don't stand behind their veichels they just sell junk the car i bought runs and drives fine it just the little things that I'm having trouble with lime a noise from the heater and back up camera stopped working all with in a few months we have tried to get them to fix it and they just keep brushing us off and not fixing the issues I would not recommend this dealership to any one More

great people and services! My car was hit on Monday and i found out Tuesday my insurance considered it totaled so i had to quickly find a rental, clear out my old car and then My car was hit on Monday and i found out Tuesday my insurance considered it totaled so i had to quickly find a rental, clear out my old car and then begin looking for a new car during a snowstorm! As i had worked work Sun before for past 2 cars, i checked their website to see if they had the newer version of my just lost car. they did and i emailed a question and got a phone call a couple minutes later and we set up an appt for the next afternoon. she set me up with Al Obadia and he was a big help. he listened to my specifics and found the perfect car for me on second try! i picked it up today 3 days later (due to my scheduling problems) again during a snowstorm and not am hour later saw on my way back home with my new car. everyone there was very friendly and very helpful and made the frantic search a breeze! they had recently moved into a new building (i passed it twice on first visit) now combined with the service center which used to be across the street and they continue their "perks" for car buyers; free annual inspection, free car washes anytime, free oil change in your birth month, free birth month detailing etc. More

It was informative and easy to watch. No hard sell, no antics. I found the car I was looking for on his website. I met with Matt Rupp, who was terrific. Friendly and professional, not aggressive. In fact, every Sun Auto associate I met in the Cicero location couldn’t have been nicer. After a little give and take, I have my car. They worked with me on the pricing and my trade.
