Poor service- used purchase Wipers were tore, detail job was 2nd rate, still missing paperwork, charged for dry rotted tires wouldn't pass inspection prior to purchase. Simple and Relaxed We were looking for a midsize SUV for our son to use while in college. Used Car King had many makes (brands) and price points for us to look at while shopping. It was handy for our son to see different styles side by side The SUVs on the web page were the ones we found on the lot which is not always the case at other places. The staff was very welcoming and there was no real hard selling. We worked out the price in less than 10 mins. Car was ready when promised. More
Worse and worse by the day I purchased a Ford Focus in October of 2017 and have had nothing but issues with it. Up to this date, I have had to replace two wheel bearings, a sway I purchased a Ford Focus in October of 2017 and have had nothing but issues with it. Up to this date, I have had to replace two wheel bearings, a sway bar, a right axle, four brand new tires (these were covered under warantee), a transmission control module, an electrical part for the driver's side window, and the cherry on top was finding out that after over $1,000 of repairs out of pocket, my transmission is under recall, and they refuse to fix it until it blows the whole thing while I am driving it. They also refuse to get me into another vehicle without over $5,000 of negative equity rolling over into the next purchase. I loved my first two cars I have gotten at the Cicero location with Mark Rupp, but I made the mistake of working with Steve R., a newer salesman who no longer works there. I have brought this issue to Todd Caputo's attention and he refuses to do anything about it. I overheard him speaking about the situation with a salesman in the next room and he said "It doesn't make sense from a business standpoint because we would lose money". After working with the Cicero location for many years, I was very disappointed to hear that. I am writing this so future potential buyers know exactly what kind of owner Todd Caputo is and the kind of business he runs. More
