Jimmy helped me test drive and finance a vehicle today and Miguel helped me find the right car for me. When I gave my concern about the financing being out of my budget, Jimmy helped me lower it overall t and Miguel helped me find the right car for me. When I gave my concern about the financing being out of my budget, Jimmy helped me lower it overall to a more affordable price. I would have preferred to be asked about the additional coverages before adding it to the initial price he gave me so that I could make an informed decision. However, I chose to decline those coverages because I felt I did not need them overall. Thank you for being patient with me, I realize car buying is very stressful for some people like myself, but once we came up with a reasonable finance option I am leaving feeling very happy with my purchase. In addition, I was promised a part would be fixed for me that I observed, so thank you! More
