I was very clear I wanted all of the work completed before I got to the dealership. Raven took my concerns, actually listened and was able to let me know I had been approved even before going. All I needed to do was go to the dealership and make sure I was happy with the car I found online, get my car appraised, and sign papers. All of my prior car buying experiences had me at the dealership for HOURS. Today I was done in just over an hour and a half including test drive, paperwork, and picture with bow. Davante was the one who ended up helping us at the dealership but he was just as great as Raven. Knowledgeable, able to pull up our information and got our old vehicle appraised (which came back $1000 more than one of their competitors). I also love the warranty they put on all of their cars that protect against stains, dings, and cuts on the leather. Seriously, this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. More
