We saw a vehicle on their website that was exactly what we wanted and needed. We had never been to this dealership before and ended up being very pleasantly surprised and impressed about how things worked we wanted and needed. Brad explained how things worked at Echo Park. He was there to help us see, inspect, find the car we were looking for. He checked their recent incoming list, took us to see the ones that fit what we told him we wanted. So we went out to the cars, looked things over and settled on the one that had brought us in to begin with. He gave us plenty of time to examine it, drive it, sort out details, then sat down and got the paperwork going. We decided to have him put thru loan paperwork for us there to see what the rate and term would be. Since I am self employed sometimes loan paperwork is t all that much fun to deal with but he put it thru and found us a good rate and term for the car. Since the car had a very good price on it anyway, we said yes and he put the sale thru for us. One work of warning is the San Antonio location is very busy on a Saturday so getting the loan approved took a little time, then printing and signing took some time. So you can’t be in a hurry, but we probably spent less time today buying a vehicle than we typically would. We only had to deal with Brad throughout the process so no let me get the manager or I got to check with the manager back and forth. Everything was straightforward. The price was actually better on similar cars we had looked at and this one was in better condition and was ready to go. Great experience for us. Next time we need a vehicle, we will start there. And Brad was a very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable man to deal with. Thank you. More

I purchased a 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia from EchoPark San Antonio on 2/28/2025, expecting a quality vehicle. Less than two weeks later, the front bumper started detaching, revealing it had been fraudulently Antonio on 2/28/2025, expecting a quality vehicle. Less than two weeks later, the front bumper started detaching, revealing it had been fraudulently “repaired” with super glue before the sale—undisclosed prior damage that was clearly concealed. When I reported the issue, EchoPark refused to take responsibility, denying any knowledge of the fraudulent repair. This is a clear violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) and an unethical business practice. ⚠️ BUYERS BEWARE! If you value honesty and integrity, take your business elsewhere. I will update this review if EchoPark resolves this issue, but for now, I strongly warn against purchasing from them. More
