Horrible cistomer service. I was ready to buy a car from you. Called sunday and spoke to someone who sent information over and said someone will contact me first thing monday m I was ready to buy a car from you. Called sunday and spoke to someone who sent information over and said someone will contact me first thing monday morning. 10:30 am monday no call so i called and spoke to someone else who said someone would call me right back. Didnt receive a call until 1:30pm and the car i inquired about was out for a test drive. Needless to say it was sold right out from under me because it took half a day for my calll back. We already had looked a similar vehicles on the Charlotte lot and the price was right for the one on the Raleigh lot More
