He really sought to ensure he answered all my questions throughout the process along with others at the dealership who were required to get involved. This was very important to me since I will admit I am a very thorough person yet I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point. Brian really took his time with me and ensured I was comfortable at every point during the sales process. His patience and detail orientation in explaining the sales and financing paperwork were very helpful as well as his hands on explanations of the features of the car I was buying.
