Mohamed was okay (we only did the test drive with Christian). Editing this review because I was asked about my review before I was given my keys and made to type the review on the spot while Mo watc Christian). Editing this review because I was asked about my review before I was given my keys and made to type the review on the spot while Mo watched and reviewed my review. It had been a long day which didn’t have to be since we knew what we wanted; we were returning for a car we had seen the prior weekend. First let me say the price on the car had dropped but when we met with Mo to speak about the car price the print-off was still showing the old price which we had to get fixed. I did not want any extras. I had also gotten pre-approved by my bank. This should have been the easiest deal to close. I was in the middle of applying through my bank when I was told that it was not necessary as they would have to submit an application again on my behalf and that the dealership and my bank were partners. I’m a preferred costumer at my bank and would have gotten a discount to which Mo assured me I would still get the discount on my loan’s APR. My boyfriend and I repeatedly stated we were only financing through my bank and were assured that it was fine and that they would only apply for a loan through my bank. Mo took my application to financing and it took forever!!! While waiting to hear back from finance I received emails Alerting me that I had FIVE hard Inquiries To my credit report. Needless to say we were upset. We asked the person who had been sitting at the front when we had arrived who appeared to be a manager as to why I had FIVE inquiries after I was assured that wouldnt be the case. I was dismissed and told that I can call and have these inquiries removed. So let me get this straight, the dealership can do what they want and I have to clean up their mess on my credit? Then Mo brings out Bret from financing who claims there must have been some miscommunication. Not sure from whom as we were very clear and Mo claims he had written on the application that I was only doing financing through my bank. Bret then has the nerve to say he had gotten me a lower APR with another bank, dismissing my actual complaint. No one apologized for 5 hard inquiries and going against my wishes. So everyone went away and we are still waiting. The front desk person came and wanted to sell some extended warranty, then gap insurance to which we declined. Stilling waiting saying they were busy in financing however it felt like they were making us wait on purpose. We were there since the morning it was now around 4pm. We paid on the down payment and sat at a different table to wait some more. Mo then asked us to rate his service. He left and came back and made me write a review during a moment that my boyfriend had step away. When my boyfriend returned he asked Mo what as going on and he basically said that management needs to know what is going wrong so they can fix it. In actuality it looks like it was for his ratings. Ended up leaving around 4:30pm. Got home and see that the CarFax does not match the date of inspection or mileage shown in car or paperwork. Hoping it’s a typo. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else. More
