My experience with EchoPark Automotive was abysmal for several reasons. First, when I arrived and approached the main desk, they had no idea who I was even though I had an appointment and an approved offe several reasons. First, when I arrived and approached the main desk, they had no idea who I was even though I had an appointment and an approved offer for my car; the automatic assumption was that I was there to buy a car, no questions as to what brought me into the dealership. When I informed the salesman that I was there to sell a car and not buy one, he took me back to the desk, and the woman there informed me that another gentleman would assist me in creating an offer. After producing the paperwork I had received from their partner Edmunds and informing her that I had an offer, she said he would look at my car and confirm it; if I had an offer, why is he confirming it other than to nitpick items to lower the offer? She also informed me that their system was down nationwide, and they could not finalize the offer, i.e., write a check that day. I left without another word. I had to drive over an hour and a half there and back, putting another couple hundred miles on my vehicle and lowering its value, only to be told EchoPark could not finalize my deal that day. The fact that EchoPark had my contact information and failed to contact me, advise me of the issue, and reschedule if this would be unacceptable demonstrates poor customer service. Additionally, my wife had to follow me in another vehicle to bring me back home. One star is too good for my terrible interaction with EchoPark. More

Mr. Brian Matte is excellent. He was transparent and very patient. He made my car experience satisfying. He is very knowledgable and knows his job well.
