I don’t have a single negative thing to say. I was greeted warmly at the door and taken care of right away even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. He was friendly without being pushy and asked all of the right questions to where I felt like this car buying experience was completely about me and my needs. He had the car pulled up and ready to be looked at and test drove. Explained everything to me and even gave me a print out map of nearby places to drive to. I was dreading the paperwork and possible price haggling. None of my worry was needed. After I gave him my budget and desires, he didn’t stop until he had me exactly where I wanted to be. He was also incredibly friendly and reassuring throughout a time that can be incredible tough to deal with emotionally. I was thrilled to make the deal with him and felt I was in the best care possible. He was so encouraging and truly seemed happy that he was able to help me get in the car I wanted today. His wife Lisa even gave him goody bags to give as a way of thanks for trusting him to take care of me. And I honestly, 100% could not be happier today.
