I went to EchoPark Henderson to check out a vehicle and I must say, best car buying experience ever. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Cant say enough positive about my experience with EchoPark and their salesman Danny. They made the process so simple and transparent that i flew to Vegas from LA to get my Jeep from them. LA was EchoPark and their salesman Danny. They made the process so simple and transparent that i flew to Vegas from LA to get my Jeep from them. LA was a nightmare, they were adding over 10k to sticker prices and blaming it on the chip shortage, giving zero incentives for someone with A-1 credit and basically just making the whole process a nightmare. I spent five whole days getting the same run around at local dealerships before i broadened my search and came across EchoPark. Danny was very matter of fact in explaining the process and gave me REAL numbers once he got my credit application. We worked out the whole deal over the phone, which if you know anything about normal dealerships this would never happen. He was upfront and honest and even picked me up from the airport. Once we got to the dealership the process was straight forward and exactly what we agreed on in the first place. The only thing that took extra time was Danny asking for the car to get cleaned up a bit more (the car was extremely clean but he wanted it to be perfect and i really appreciated that level of service) Thanks Danny and Dave!
