My experience has been an a BUYERS BEWARE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM ECHO PARK! I cannot stress this enough DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM ECHOPARK HENDERSON! My experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a 2019 BMW X3 for over $20,000 CASH, expecting to drive away with a reliable vehicle and some peace of mind. Instead, within DAYS of purchasing it, independent BMW specialists discovered multiple problems, not maintenance issues actual problems, like leaking differentials, and worn out engine mounts. HOW DOES A VEHICLE WITH THESE ISSUES MAKE IT ONTO YOUR LOT AND GET SOLD TO A CUSTOMER? I’ve already spent over $1,200 out of my own pocket on maintenance, that’s not the issue, I’m now facing potentially THOUSANDS more in repairs. All within the first week of ownership. And the sales manager? ABSOLUTELY USELESS! I REPEAT… ABSOLUTELY USELESS! That includes my sales person mark as well. From my experience, the level of customer service and accountability has been completely unacceptable. When a customer spends over $20,000 at your dealership, they shouldn’t have to fight to get serious concerns addressed. EchoPark loves to promote a convenient, trustworthy car-buying experience, but my experience has been the complete opposite. This entire experience feels like a SCAM. I paid good money for a vehicle, that hides an extra $780+ perma plate fee that’s not necessary, only to discover problems that should have been identified or disclosed before the sale. Whether these issues were overlooked or simply ignored, neither possibility inspires any confidence in this dealership especially since they do a “190 point inspection” I understand that used cars aren’t perfect. But there’s a difference between normal wear and maintenance and discovering thousands of dollars in potential repairs almost immediately after purchasing a vehicle. What should have been an exciting purchase for me and my family has turned into nothing but stress, frustration, and unnecessary expenses. SAVE YOUR MONEY. SAVE YOUR TIME. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. There are plenty of dealerships in Las Vegas and Henderson. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM ECHOPARK, AND I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE OTHERS NOT TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT BUY FROM ECHO PARK! ITS A SCAM. More

Most dishonest car dealership I’ve ever encountered. Agreed that an issue would be repaired before purchase. 5 visits later, multiple calls and almost 8 days of them having my car, it’s not repaired.
