Joshua is the only salesman that I have encountered that wasn’t intimidated or flustered with me. He was very respectful, very direct, accommodating and very helpful. I’ve never heard of Echo Park before and I was skeptical about purchasing a used car but I did my research with many dealerships for at least 4-6 weeks before making a decision. From what I found, they offered the best deal, with great service. The environment is very different from the typical dealership vibes. More

I came in and bought a car (Jeep). I paid cash for it and it took 2 hrs and 30 minutes to get paperwork done. Really! The reason was the process they have. The paperwork has to be printed through them. Paying cash should have been out in 30 minutes. At one point I was ready to ask for my money back and go somewhere else.
